2012

Gingerbread House Exhibition   Pictures 
All Saints' Church put on its fouth annual gingerbread house village display for the benefit of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Lowell in early December 2012. The theme this year was Winter in the Mill City.

2011

Harry Potter Spring 2011 Session   Pictures 
All Saints' Church hosted a special spring session of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry focusing on the first book in the Harry Potter series. Adults talked about the book and how the author's exploration of the nature of good and evil informs our own exploration of our faith. For younger wizards, (pre-k and up) there was Wizarding Camp with fun and crafts and a little Muggle Theology to boot. The culmination of the session was a viewing of the movie, "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone".

2010

Lenten Choral Evensong   Photo 
This photo shows the youth choirs from All Saints', Christ Church, Andover, and Grace Church, Salem joined together on 7 March 2010 for a lenten choral evensong service.
St. Peter's Collegiate School Band Concert   Pictures 
Fifty plus talented students of St. Peter's Collegiate School Concert Band played at All Saints' Church on Saturday, 13 Feb. 2010 and at the Chelmsford Senior Center on Wednesday, 17 Feb. 2010. During their visit from Wolverhampton, England, students and staff from St. Peterís Collegiate School stayed with ASC host families. Our thanks to Matt Hickcox for sharing his photos of the Chelmsford Senior Center concert.

Eucharist Service & Blessing of Animals   Pictures     Slide Show 
On Saturday, 3 October 2009, All Saints' held an animal friendly celebration Holy Eucharist and blessing of animals. A slide show and photos are available on Steve Grillo's Web site. Gingerbread House Exhibition    Pictures 
All Saints' Church put on its third annual gingerbread house village display for the benefit of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Lowell in early December 2008. The theme was fariy tales, with the center piece being the witch's cottage from Hansel and Gretel; it was big enough to walk through!

All Saints' Church Mystery Club 2007    Pictures 
For many of the past summers All Saints has had remarkable success in keeping the youth of the parish enthusiastic about coming to church on Sundays to participate in the Summer Mystery Club. During this summer's mystery we learned about All Saints' buildings and grounds.

2006

Gingerbread House Exhibition    Pictures 
All Saints' Church held a gingerbread house building competition as a fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Lowell in early December 2006. The variety of entries was spectacular: from meek to magnificent, from traditional to abstract, you'll want to see them all.
Cabaret Night    Pictures 
The evening began with hearty hors díoeuvres and conversation, and was followed by music and songs performed by talented members of the parish. Proceeds from Cabaret Night support the diocese-owned Barbara Harris Camp and Conference Center and fund a scholarship to provide financial help for our parish youth to attend the camp.
27th Annual National Acolyte Festival    Pictures 
Acolytes from All Saints took a road trip to Washington, DC to attend the 27th Annual National Acolyte Festival.
Ray's Italy – Italian Dinner    Pictures 
To commemorate the period while Prof. Rev. Ray Bronk was our interim Rector, that is while Rev. Barrington was on sabbatical, we joined together during a fabulous Italian dinner with live entertainment. Mangiamo bene nell'elogio del Domini ó Eat well in praise of the Lord. Note: We've posted some of Ray's recipes for you to try.
Saint Patrick Celebration    Pictures 
All Saints celebrated Saint Patrick's day with a traditional boiled dinner followed by entertainment: Irish step dancers and ballads.
Winter Weekend    Pictures 
The 27th annual Winter Weekend event was held at Camp Sentinel in Tuftonboro, NH. There wasn't as much snow as usual, but we still had fun. Hiking was the main outdoor activity. Indoor activities included: carpet ball, board games, puzzles, reading and visiting with one another.

2005

Cabaret    Pictures 
The All Saints Parish Hall was transformed into a cabaret for one night to raise funds for the Barbara C. Harris Camp and Conference Center. It was a real treat to see the musical talents of our parishoners showcased outside of their usual choir performances.
Summer Mystery Club    Pictures 
For the past three summers All Saints has had remarkable success in keeping the youth of the parish enthusiastic about coming to church on Sundays to participate in the Summer Mystery Club. This year's mystery involved the discovery of many of the symbols present in our worship space.
30 Hour Famine    Details & Pictures 
The ASC Youth Group participated in the World Vision fund raising event, the 30 Hour Famine, 15-16 April 2005.
A Taste of Sierra Leone    Details & Pictures 
On Saturday, 2 April 2005, members of ASC and the surrounding community were treated to an evening of Sierra Leonean cuisine, culture, and fashion. Things got more serious after that with a presentation on the strife that war torn Sierra Leone is now experiencing. If you would like to make a donation towards improving that situation, make a check out to All Saints' Church, with "Sierra Leone" on the memo line, and drop it into the offertory collection, or send it to the church office at 10 Billerica Road, Chelmsford, MA 01824.
St. Peterís Collegiate School Band Concert    Pictures 
Nearly 60 talented students of St. Peterís Collegiate School Concert Band put on a rousing concert on Saturday, 12 Feb. 2005, in the ASC Sanctuary. The concert drew to a close with a standing ovation from the appreciative audience. During their visit from Wolverhampton, England, Students and staff from St. Peterís Collegiate School stayed with ASC host families.
Winter Weekend    Pictures 
The 26th annual Winter Weekend event was held at Camp Sentinel in Tuftonburo, NH. The lodge, originally a summer home, sits among 650 acres of woodland. The location is extraordinarily peaceful and beautiful. Some of the outdoor activities that we enjoyed were: sliding, hiking, and cross-country skiing. Indoor activities included: carpet ball, board games, visiting with one another, and quite moments reading.
Maggie's Birthday Party    Pictures 
Not only was it the first big blizzard of 2005, it was a milestone birthday for our choir director, Maggie Marshall. What better way to celebrate than with 26 inches of fresh snow and a surprise birthday party (pot luck dinner) with 200 of your closest friends?

2004

The Auction
All Saints' 2004 auction had it all: a silent auction, a Yankee auction, an art auction, and, oh yea, a regular auction. It was a great time for all who attended. Not only that, it turned out to be All Saints' biggest special event fund raiser of the year.

2003

The Parish Hall Renewal    Pictures 
During 2003, the Parish Hall renewal effort was a dominant factor in the life of All Saints' Church. Parish members not only contributed to a capital campaign to raise enough funds to get the renovation going, but they pitched in and helped with a number of the demolition and finishing tasks of the project.
